Innovate CX Ltd.

I am Justin Neale, founder and principal consultant of Innovate CX Ltd. I have worked in customer facing roles for 25 years and created Innovate CX to provide others with something I wish I had access to in the past, independent advice from people who have been there and done it and most importantly people that have the best interests of your organisation and your customers at heart.  

 

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to just pick up the phone and call someone you trust to run through an idea or discuss how to solve a problem?  The Customer Experience domain is dominated by software suppliers and large consultancies. The advice provided by these organisations can be extremely valuable but they will typically be looking to position additional products or services, or tie you in on long engagements.

 

The goal of Innovate CX is to be your trusted partner, helping to find the right way forward and to make you self-sufficient for the future. To that end, the way we can support you is flexible. We can be that partner at the end of the telephone line or we can work through a larger implementation or change program with you. In every case you can feel confident that we will not be there to push any particular product or recommend anything that we really don’t feel you need to achieve your goals.
